Terms of Service

Effective October 24, 2026

These terms cover your use of vb-mktg.com. They are not the agreement for paid work. If you engage us to build or run something, a separate written service agreement governs that work, and where the two differ, the service agreement wins.

Who you are dealing with

Using this site

You may read this site, share links to it, and contact us through it. Please do not attempt to break into it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

What the site is and is not

Everything here is general information about what we do. Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer, or a guarantee of a result. Prices shown as "from" figures are starting points; actual scope and price come out of a conversation and are confirmed in writing.

We describe systems we build and operate. We do not promise leads, bookings, traffic, rankings or revenue, and you should treat anyone who does with suspicion.

Ray, the assistant on this site

Ray is an AI assistant. It can be wrong, and it is not a substitute for talking to us. Nothing Ray says creates an obligation on our part. Do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information into the chat. See our Privacy Policy for how those messages are handled.

Messages you ask us to send

If you give us your phone number and check the SMS consent box, our SMS Terms apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.

What you send us

When you submit a form, you keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it: to reply to you, to prepare for a conversation, and to scope or deliver work you have asked about. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to share.

Our content

The writing, design, code and images on this site are ours unless credited otherwise. Client names and logos shown as examples belong to those clients. Please do not copy the site wholesale or present our work as your own. Linking to it and quoting it with attribution is welcome.

Links out

We link to client sites and to third-party tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do or say.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and accurate, and we do not promise it is always either. We may change or remove anything on it without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Paid work is governed by the liability terms in your service agreement, not by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the effective date above.
