Privacy Policy
Effective October 23, 2026
This policy explains what VB Marketing collects when you use vb-mktg.com, why we collect it, and who it is and is not shared with. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.
Who we are
VB Marketing is a business ecosystem studio based in Orlando, Florida. We build and operate connected business systems for small businesses. VB Marketing is a trade name of Value Based Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company. You can reach us any time about anything in this policy:

Mobile numbers and SMS consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All of the sharing categories described elsewhere in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is never shared with any third party, and we do not sell phone numbers under any circumstances.
If you give us your phone number, we use it to reply to you, to confirm or remind you about a meeting you booked, and to keep you updated on work you have asked us to do. Nothing else. Giving us a phone number is always optional, and you can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms for the full detail.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and project details you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, business name, phone number if you choose to provide one, and whatever you tell us about your business and what you are trying to build.
- Files you choose to upload on our project intake form, such as a logo or photos.
- Messages you send to Ray, the assistant on this site. See the section on Ray below.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs kept by our host, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
- A small amount of browser storage to remember your language choice between visits.
- Analytics and advertising measurement, described in full in the next section.
Analytics and advertising tools on this site
Since 27 October 2026 this site runs three measurement tools. We would rather name them than describe them vaguely, so here is exactly what is on the page and what each one does.
- Google Analytics 4. Counts visits and tells us which pages people read and which sites they arrived from. We use it to find out whether this site is doing its job.
- Google Tag Manager. A container that lets us add or change the tools above without rebuilding the site. It loads nothing on its own.
- Meta pixel. Reports whether someone who saw one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram later contacted us, and allows Meta to show our ads to people with similar interests. This is the one that involves a company other than us building a profile. If that matters to you, the opt-out below turns it off along with everything else.
What we will not do, which has not changed. We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade mailing lists. We do not hand anything you type into a form on this site to an advertiser. The tools above measure how the site is used; they do not receive your name, your email address, your phone number, or anything you write to us.
How to turn all of it off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we load none of these tools at all, automatically and with no further action from you. That setting is built into some browsers and available as an extension for the rest, and we honour it because it is the clearest way for you to tell us what you want. Blocking third-party scripts, or using a browser or extension that does so, also works. None of the site's actual function depends on any of this: the pages, the forms and the phone number all work exactly the same with every one of these tools blocked.
If you want our ads to stop following you around specifically, that setting lives with Meta rather than with us, under Settings then Ads on your Facebook or Instagram account. We mention it because telling you to ask us would be sending you to the wrong place.
How we use your information
- To reply to you and to prepare for a conversation you asked for.
- To deliver and support work you have engaged us to do.
- To send messages you asked for, such as a booking confirmation or a reminder.
- To keep the site secure and working, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade mailing lists. We do not share the details you give us with advertisers. See the analytics section above for the separate question of what the measurement tools on this site collect.
Ray, the assistant on this site
Ray is an AI assistant that answers questions about what we do. When you send Ray a message, the text of that conversation is sent to an AI provider (currently OpenAI) so a reply can be generated, and we may keep a record of the questions asked so we can improve the answers. Please do not type passwords, payment details or other sensitive information into the chat. If you would rather not use it, everything Ray can tell you is also on this site or available by email or phone.
Service providers we use
We share information only with providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it. They are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
| Provider | What it handles |
|---|---|
| Netlify | Hosting this website and receiving form submissions |
| OpenAI | Generating Ray's replies from the message you send |
| Google Fonts | Serving the typeface, which means your IP is seen by Google |
| Cloudflare (cdnjs) | Serving an animation library used on the page |
| Supabase | Serving the rotating demo credentials shown on the site |
If you become a client, we also use GoHighLevel to run the system we build for you. Client data is handled for that client's account only, and is never shared or mixed with another client's.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and correspondence are kept for as long as we may still need them for the relationship or to meet a legal or tax requirement, and then deleted. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop them.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link, or just tell us.
- Access or deletion: email Santiago@vb-mktg.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold and delete it on request.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal information. Ask us and we will honor them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to submissions is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we do not claim it is.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. If a change is significant we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing the page.
