SMS Terms and Conditions

Effective October 23, 2026

These terms cover text messages sent by VB Marketing to a phone number you gave us. In short: we text you only about work you asked about, you can stop at any time by replying STOP, and we never share or sell your number.

What you will receive

When you give us your mobile number, we may send you:

• A reply to an inquiry you submitted on our site.
• Confirmation and reminders for a meeting or call you booked.
• Updates about a project you have engaged us to build.
• An occasional message about your account or the system we run for you.

These are conversational and transactional messages tied to work you asked about. We are not running a promotional blast list.

How you opt in

Giving us your phone number is not by itself consent to receive texts. You opt in only by one of these:

• Checking the SMS consent box on a form on this site. It is unchecked by default and is never required.
• Texting us first, which starts the conversation on your terms.

If you give us a number without checking the box, we will email or call you instead. Providing a mobile number is always optional and is never a condition of buying anything from us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most people receive only a handful of messages tied to their own inquiry or project. We do not send a fixed number of messages on a schedule.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan, not from us. Check with your carrier if you are unsure what your plan covers.

How to stop messages

If you unsubscribe and later want messages again, just text us or tell us and we will turn them back on.

Carriers

Delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message arrives, so we do not rely on text alone for anything time critical.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. We do not sell phone numbers. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and why.

Supported devices

Messages are sent to US mobile numbers. Some devices and plans may not support every message type.

Changes

If these terms change we will update the effective date above.
